Dismantling & Cutting Cars for Auto Parts
Take advantage of our service of cutting and dismantling cars for parts and their shipping to any port in the world. This is an extremely cost-effective method when compared to purchasing vehicle parts separately. Simply purchase a vehicle(s) via A Better Bid®, and we’ll take care of the rest. After cutting or and dismantling your vehicle(s), we will load it into a container and ship it to the location you designate.
Depending upon the vehicle type and the method you choose, we can load up to 18 vehicles in a single container. Think of how much you will save on shipping!
We use 3 ways of cutting/dismantling vehicles:
Simple Cutting
Using this method, we cut vehicle(s) in half at the level of the rear seats, saving front and rear windows, all removable body parts, sunroof, roof airbags, parking brake cables and muffler. This method preserves many of the vehicle’s parts so that they can be resold and works best for vehicles with minimal visible damage.
Average number of vehicles that can fit in one 40-foot HC container using this method: 6.

Cost-saving cutting
This method works well with vehicles that have rear damage. In cases such as this, we will cut the front of the vehicle behind the front pillar, by the level of the steering wheel, and the front window will be saved and all doors will be taken off to be shipped. Additionally, any undamaged body parts from the rear of your vehicle will be included in your shipment. Parts such as the middle pillar, rear quarter panels, rails, and roof can also be cut by your request if desired and included in the shipment.
Average number of vehicles that can fit in one 40-foot HC container using this method: 8–14.

Complete Dismantling
This method involves taking all of the main parts of your vehicle apart. We will then cut the body into pieces as you indicate. This is the most economical method and will allow you to sell separate parts of vehicles immediately upon arrival without the need to further break your vehicles down.
Average number of vehicles that can fit in one 40-foot HC container using this method: 15–18.
