Members looking to resell or purchase larger numbers of vehicles are best suited for the PREMIUM membership.
Vehicle history reports prove invaluable and enable you to make better informed bidding decisions. Watchlists and saved searches allow you to receive email or SMS alerts to notify you when the auctions for your potential vehicles are scheduled.

As a member, we will grant you bidding privileges immediately upon the receipt of your refundable security deposit. Bids are binding and cannot be retracted, lowered or canceled for any reason, so remember to carefully review your bid prior to submission.
All auctions consist of Preliminary Bidding and the Live Auction. During Preliminary Bidding, you have the option of entering bids manually at any time or using our Bid4U feature to set a maximum bid. Bid4U will automatically place bids on your behalf incrementally until your maximum bid is reached or the Preliminary Bidding phase ends.
During the Live Auction phase, you will submit your bids in real time, vying for vehicles along with hundreds of individuals from around the world.

Upon winning your vehicle, you have two business days after the auction to render payment. You will receive an invoice that will outline any applicable fees. In addition to us emailing your invoice to you, your invoice will be available in the My Account section of our website.
Payments must be made by bank wire transfer. There are no exceptions.
We suggest that you order shipping on the same day you win your vehicle, which allows you to pay both invoices with one wire transfer. If your vehicle remains at the auction facility for any reason, you will be responsible for any storage fees you may incur.
Once you have won your vehicle and made your payment, we will notify a licensed, bonded and insured auto transport carrier to make the necessary shipping arrangements. At this point, all you have left to do is endure a short wait. Within 1–7 days, we will pick up your vehicle and prepare it for shipment to the location of your choosing, domestic or overseas.
While we do not require you to use our reliable, bonded shippers, we certainly recommend that you do so. If you choose to use another vendor for shipping, remember that you are responsible for any storage fees incurred while your vehicle remains at the auction facility.
